Expectations

We have permission to do trail work without direct park ranger supervision within specific parameters.

Respecting these restrictions is vital to maintaining this incredible opportunity.

  • Work is limited to existing features. Only work on tasks approved by the crew leader(s)

  • Prioritize the safety of the crew and park users

  • Sign up for the project on the Colorado Springs CERVIS site. This is necessary for the city’s liability and visibility of the total work hours we contribute

  • Listen to a short Tool Talk before beginning work on each event

  • Tools will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own

Event Plans

While we will have focused projects to accomplish during each event, the goal is a casual environment where we get work done and have fun sessioning jumps and getting in some evening trail riding. You are welcome to show up just to ride or just to dig, and it is okay if you can’t arrive until after 5PM.

Rough Schedule

5:00-5:15 PM: Meet at C-Line exit for tool talk and introductions
